Role:

We are looking for a SOUS Chef who can confidently deliver great service to guests. The ideal candidate will have the food knowledge and skills to support the Head Chef and take the lead during less busy times, have superb guest experience. You will work with the senior kitchen team to ensure consistent high standards in both service and kitchen management.

Waiter / Waitress

Role:

We are looking for a Waiter / Waitress who can confidently deliver friendly and polite service to guests. At the same time, our waiters will have the service, food and drink knowledge in order to deliver an outstanding guest experience.

Kitchen Porter

Role:

We are looking for a Kitchen Porter who can confidently work in a busy kitchen.

Day-to-day duties will include:

        Ensure basic cleaning jobs are carried out as quickly as possible.

        Collect and wash up pots and pans.

        Clean food preparation areas and equipment, in addition to crockery and cutlery.

        Unload food and equipment deliveries.

        Keep the Kitchen organised.

        Keep work surfaces, walls and floors clean and sanitised.

Floor Manager

As a floor manager you will supervise and direct the activities of staff, make sure that customers have a pleasant experience through prompt and polite service. You will fill in for any staff members in case of absenteeism and ensure that the overall function of the restaurant is managed properly.

You will monitor the quality of food that is prepared in the kitchen, compliance with local health and safety codes, and putting together staff rota.

You will be responsible for stock take and filling out some payroll paperwork.
